Returns

Items purchased are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn in their original condition, and where possible with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. Garments must be returned in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection in transit. We also recommend that returned goods be sent via insured, traceable delivery for your protection. Please note that returns are not free unless in the unlikely event that the garment received is faulty and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item purchased with us. Please also be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit and we strongly recommend that all returns are sent using recorded delivery.

Exchanges

Exchanges requested online are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge. Should you be interested in a different colour or style, or if the product page states the product is low in stock, please register your return request for a refund, and simply purchase the new piece(s) separately at soloinpublic.com.

Refunds
