U.S. Shipping
Orders are fulfilled from our United States warehouse and shipped via our carrier partners.
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Solo in Public is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Solo in Public is also not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
International Shipping
International orders (including, but not limited to, the United Kingdom, European Union, Rest of Europe, Japan, Australia, and other international destinations) are shipped via DHL Express (2–4 business days) or DHL E-commerce (8–10 business days), depending on destination and service availability.
Where both shipping options are available, they will be displayed at checkout and may be selected by the customer.
Shipping rates, duties, and taxes for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination. These charges are collected in advance to help ensure there are no additional duties or customs fees due upon delivery.
Customs policies and import regulations may vary by country and may change without notice. Solo in Public is not responsible for any additional charges that may arise due to changes in local customs requirements.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact orders@soloinpublic.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, returns should be shipped back within 7 days.
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned with original packaging where possible
Customers are expected to take reasonable care of items while in their possession. Garments should be returned in their original packaging to ensure adequate protection during transit.
Solo in Public reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions or that show signs of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage. Items returned in unsuitable condition may be sent back to the customer.
Solo in Public also reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit future transactions where return activity is determined to be excessive or abusive.
U.S. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We offer free returns and exchanges for customers within the United States.
Once a return request has been approved, further instructions will be provided via email.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Return shipping for orders outside the United States is the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when returning items internationally. Solo in Public is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Due to international duties and tax regulations, exchanges are not available for international orders. To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Items marked Sale
Sale items may be eligible for size exchange only, subject to availability.
Items returned in unacceptable condition — including signs of wear, stains, odors, damage, or missing components — will not be accepted.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
Duties and taxes are collected by the destination country’s customs authority and cannot be refunded through Solo in Public.
If required, we can provide documentation to support any request made directly to your local customs authority.
