Our collections are handcrafted in Italy by family-run ateliers.
Where are orders shipped from?
We ship all orders from our warehouse in the US.

Yes. We accept returns for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
Do I have to pay import duty?
US: No import duties
UK & EU: Duties are calculated and shown at checkout, so nothing unexpected arrives on delivery.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly, so once placed they can't be amended or cancelled. You're welcome to return instead — registered within 14 days of delivery, with your proof of postage kept safe until we confirm the return by email.
